| Research Abstract |
英国の保健医療福祉専門職連携教育(IPE : Interprofessional Education)の概念に基づく効果的なインタープロフェッショナル臨地実習(以下IP臨地実習)の枠組みを確立することを目的に, 段階的な研究課題を設定して実施した。その結果「IP臨地実習」の教育的効果が実証されたが, 英国の教育環境と専門職制度との比較検討から, わが国のIPEの発展性について多くの課題が明らにとなった。
