| Research Abstract |
癌患者の末梢血液中に、腫瘍細胞が崩壊することによつて放出されるDNAやRNA等の核酸が安定した状態で存在することが本研究で判明した。実際の胃癌や食道癌患者の末梢血液を用いた検討では、DNAの断片の濃度が健常者に比較して高濃度であることや、一部の患者において癌に特異的な異常分子の検出が可能であつた。DNAの繰り返し配列を用いた検討や、検索RNAを増やすことによって、感度や特異度が上がり、実地臨床に応用可能と思われた.
