| Research Abstract |
本研究では、^<13>C-グルコース負荷/^<13>CO_2呼気試験を、生体におけるグルコース代謝とインスリン抵抗性評価法として利用するための基礎的検討、および臨床的検討を行った。肝臓モデル(ミニ肝臓)で検討したところ^<13>CO_2産生の変化は、グルコース消費量で評価するより鋭敏であった。健常人で^<13>C-グルコース負荷試験を行ったところ、6時間までの^<13>CO_2産生の動態を簡便迅速に観察できた。
