| Research Abstract |
本研究では、クラスAβ-ラクタマーゼに属する基質拡張型β-ラクタマーゼ(ESBLs)産生菌を鑑別するCLSIのディスク拡散法を改良し、SMAディスク法と組み合わせ、産生菌の鑑別を試みた、さらにその遺伝子型別も行い、比較検討した。その結果、この方法は、ESBLs産生菌やメタロ-β-ラクタマーゼ産生菌、クラスC型産生菌を区別することができた。それだけでなく、複数β-ラクタマーゼを産生する菌株も検出することが可能であることが示唆され、臨床現場での薬剤耐性菌の迅速検出に寄与する可能性が示唆された。
