Research Abstract	癌特異的糖鎖抗原の多くの形成に関わるコア1型糖鎖合成酵素を制御する特異的シャペロンCosmc に対する特異モノクローナル抗体を作製した。この抗体は癌組織標本の解析やコア1合成酵素の機能解析に役立つことが期待される。
