| Research Abstract |
食品成分の併用による発癌予防効果の増強を検討する為に、まず単独での癌細胞増殖抑制を検討した。その結果、ニンニクに含まれるdiallyl trisulfideに増殖抑制効果があることを見いだした。次に増殖抑制成分が、単独では抑制効果を示さない濃度を設定し、同じく増殖抑成分である酪酸との併用効果を評価した。約30種類の各有効成分との併用を評価したが、充分な相加・相乗効果は見出せなかった。
