| Research Abstract |
地域高齢者を対象とした悉皆健康調査,高齢者健診より得られた健康情報と医療費・介護給付費をリンケージしたデータセットを使用して,高齢者健診,介護予防事業の費用抑制効果を分析した。その結果,健診を継続受診する群,介護予防事業参加群において,医療費・介護費用の伸びの抑制が認められ,それらの独立的な効果も確認できた。また,要介護に陥るリスクを保有することは医療経済的にも大きなインパクトがあるとの知見を得,介護予防事業の医療経済的根拠を示した。
