| Research Abstract |
人体試料中覚せい剤(メタンフェタミン、アンフェタミン)、麻薬(コデイン、ジヒドロコデイン)、向精神薬(三環系、フェノチアジン系、ブチロフェノン系、ベンゾジアゼピン系)及び農薬(有機リン系、カーバメート系)について、固相抽出チップを用いた抽出法とガスクロマトグラフィー/質量分析計による分離・検出法を組み合わせた新しい薬毒物分析法の開発を試みた。その結果、抽出に使用する人体試料と溶媒の微量化が達成され、分析対象物質の回収率及び分離性が良く、定量性にも優れた、簡便で迅速性のある分析システムを構築することができた。また、本システムは実際に薬物を服用した人体試料あるいは法医実際例において、その有用性を確認することができた。
