Research Abstract

ベンゾジアゼピン系薬物は,微量で薬効を示し,血中濃度は数ng/mlと著しく低濃度であること,国内では約30種類が使用されているが,類似の化学構造や近似な分子量を有し,不分離ピークや類似なマススペクトルを示すことなどから,各薬物の識別が難しく,現在,法医中毒領域で生体試料からの分析が最も困難とされている薬物で,質量分析の技法が必須とあれている.一方,最近の質量分析の進展はめざましく,複雑なマトリックス中から目的物質のみを高選択的に精密質量分析できる飛行時間型質量分析計(LC-TOF)や定量イオンと確認用イオンを別々に設定することのできる高感度なLC三連四重極質量計(LC-MS-MS), GC/MS用相対定量・迅速他成分一斉分析ソフトウェア(NAGINATA),超微粒子技術に基づくUltra performance LC(UPLC)などが有力な手段となりうる.しかしながら,これらの高機能精密機器は高価で,現状の法中毒学分野の単一機関で維持できるものではない.当課題では,日本医大,福島県立医大,東邦大,九州大の各法医学教室と機器メーカーの協力で本研究を立案した.
