Research Abstract |
DNAマイクロアレイ法を用いた網羅的解析とRT-PCR法により、BCL6が低酸素・低グルコース条件下で発現亢進することが確認された.低グルコース環境下で固形癌細胞に発現誘導されるBCL-6蛋白が、固形癌細胞の増殖を促進し、抗癌剤に対する耐性を誘導している可能性を示唆する
