| Research Abstract |
胃癌組織においては、PDGFRの発現は間質において認められ、筋線維芽細胞、ペリサイト、リンパ管内皮細胞が主な発現細胞であった。ヌードマウス同所移植モデルを用い、PDGFRリン酸化阻害剤イマチニブの胃癌に対する治療実験を行ったところ、腫瘍間質の質的、量的変化、抗癌剤の腫瘍増殖抑制効果の増強作用が認められた。本研究により癌間質を標的とした胃癌に対する新しい治療法の可能性が示された。
