Research Abstract

IFN産生キラー樹状細胞(interferon-producing killer dendritic cell : IKDC)はB220+,CD11cint,NK1.1+,CD49b+,Gr-1-という表面マーカーを表出し、IFN-γを大量に産生するとともに、直接腫瘍細胞を傷害する。これらの細胞は、抗原提示細胞として免疫応答の誘導調節に重要な役割を果たすだけでなく、エフェクター細胞としての機能も果たすサブセットとして注目されている。本研究は、IKDCのサブセットの分離、培養法を確立し、その性状を解析し、マウス生体内での抗腫瘍効果とその作用機序を検討することを目的とする。
