| Research Abstract |
極めて予後不良な劇症肝炎の救命率を改善するためには、この疾患で肝再生を担っている肝幹/前駆細胞の至適増殖条件を見出し、人工肝補助によりその環境を達成することが必要であるとの考えに基づいて、マウス肝幹/前駆細胞の細胞生存、増殖に対し劇症肝炎血漿が与える影響を検討した. 劇症肝炎血漿は同細胞を刺激(JNKリン酸化を促進)することにより、細胞生存に作用していることが判明した.
