| Research Abstract |
アンジオテンシンII受容体拮抗薬(ロサルタン)とアセチルコリンエステラーゼ阻害薬(塩酸ドネペジル)長期併用投与が心筋梗塞後心不全ラットの神経液性因子、心機能、心臓リモデリングに及ぼす効果を検討した。その結果、ロサルタン単独投与に比べて、ロサルタンと塩酸ドネペジルの併用投与によって、心筋梗塞後心不全ラットの神経液性因子レベル、心機能、心臓リモデリングに更なる改善効果があることを明らかにした。
