Research Abstract

AMP kinase を恒常的に活性化すると低(無)酸素により誘導される血管内皮細胞のアポトーシスが抑制されることが示された。AMP kinase を活性化することが知られている各種糖尿病薬の血管保護作用の基盤になる可能性が示唆された。
