Research Abstract |
パーキンソン病の原因遺伝子であるubiquitin carboxyl-terminal esterase L1(UCHL1)、が血管細胞に発現し脱ユビキチン化作用によって抗炎症作用を所持していた。また血管に存在するその他の脱ユビキチン化酵素であるCYLD(cylindromatosis)に関しても同様に血管で脱ユビキチン化作用を介して血管リモデリングを抑制した。
