Research Abstract	糸球体血管係蹄の発生調節に関してBMPとVEGFの拮抗作用があるか否かを検討するため、以下のin vivoとin vitroの実験を計画した。1)inducible Vegf transgenic mouse(Tg)とBmp4 Tgの交配により、single Tgで認められる異常形質が、Vegf ; Bmp4 dual Tgで軽減するか否かの検討。2)胎児大動脈の三次元器官培養において、VEGFにより認められた新生血管形成に対するBMP4の効果に関する検討。
