Research Abstract

インクレチン投与により膵β細胞のアポトーシスが抑制され、小胞体ストレスマーカーとミトコンドリア由来活性酸素の抑制が認められた。またPDX-1陽性細胞を単離抽出し、網羅的遺伝子発現解析を行っており、新規膵β細胞分化因子の同定を目指す。
