Research Abstract

脂肪組織におけるミトコンドリア由来酸化ストレスmtROSがインスリン抵抗性に及ぼす影響について、mtROS特異的除去酵素であるManganese SOD(MnSOD)を中心としたin vivo解析、in vitro解析を行った。
