| Research Abstract |
私たちが同定したGI1とAC1の二つの新規ケモカインについての解析を行った。GI1(CXCL14)は肝細胞においてGHによって誘導されるケモカインとして同定したが、血中濃度がインスリンによって調節されており、脂肪細胞においてインスリン依存性のグルコース取り込みを促進することが明らかになった(BBRC 364,1037,2007)。AC1(ケマリン)は新規アディポカインとして同定したが、脂肪細胞においてインスリンシグナルを促進することを見いだし、FEBS letters 582,573,2008に報告した。
