| Research Abstract |
抗リン脂質抗体症候群(APS)は抗リン脂質抗体の存在により, 反復性血栓症・不育症を来す自己免疫疾患であるがその根治療法は確立していない. 本研究において, 実験的APSモデルマウスを用い, B細胞を傷害することにより抗リン脂質抗体の発現抑制・臨床症状の発症を抑制可能であることが確認された. 以上の検討結果より, B細胞発現抑制療法により, APSの病態制御が可能である可能性が示唆された.
