| Research Abstract |
造血幹細胞由来である単球のランゲルハンス細胞への運命決定における組織環境の重要性について研究を進めている過程において、造血幹細胞の生着、生存、分化、増殖には組織環境だけでなく、造血幹細胞そのものの変化も大きく関わっていること、造血幹細胞は肝では非造血細胞と認識されている肝星細胞へも分化していること、末梢性T細胞リンパ腫は発生組織により特徴的な遺伝子プロファイリングを示すことを見出した。これらのことは造血系の正常細胞および腫瘍細胞と組織環境の密接な関連性を示すものである。
