Research Abstract

我々は効率の良いゲノミクス解析を行うことを目的として、急性骨髄性白血病(AML)症例を含む様々な白血病類縁疾患の患者骨髄より造血幹細胞のみを純化保存する大規模検体収集事業「Blast Bank」を設立した。本研究において我々はBlast Bank のAML 検体の中から、核型や治療反応性などの臨床情報が整備された99 例からなる「標準検体セット」を選び出し、これらに対して網羅的なゲノミクス解析を行い、新たながん遺伝子の同定を目指すと共に、真に治療反応性にリンクする遺伝子の同定を行った。
