| Research Abstract |
Sera from 72 patients with collagen diseases were tested for antibodies against cell surface antigens by Cyto-ELISA with different cells as antigenic substrates. ELISA test with solubilized membrane fraction was developed for systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic sclerosis.
