| Research Abstract |
群馬大学で行われた無作為化比較試験保存血清を用い、細胞外マトリックス分解酵素・サイトカイン・ケモカイン等の測定を行い重症度(リスクスコア)との関連を検証した。結果リスクスコア点数はIL-6、IL-7、IL-8、IL-10、IL-17、G-CSF、MIP-1α、ICAM-1、MMP3と有意に相関していた。また、初期治療開始2日目のIL-6、IL-10、G-CSF、ICAM-1はIVIG群に比べIVIG+PSL群が有意に低値であった。MMP-3は他のmarkerとは逆にIVIG+PSLによる介入で高値にIVIG+PSL療法はより速やかに血管炎をdown-regulationすることによって予後改善に寄与している可能性が示された。
