Research Abstract

血管炎症後に長時間虚血を誘発した細胞は、炎症のみの細胞、正常細胞に比し、細胞膜およびミトコンドリアのKATPチャンネル電流密度は有意に低下し、血管の虚血により血管平滑筋細胞障害が惹起されることが示唆された。さらに、分子生物学的検討においても血管炎後に血管虚血を誘発し、それが長期間に亘ることにより血管内皮細胞機能は有意に低下することが推察された。
