Research Abstract |
造血幹細胞移植における拒絶反応や移植片対宿主病(GVHD)などの免疫異常症に対する治療の最終目標は、感染症に対する生体防御反応を妨げることなく異常炎症反応を特異的に抑制することである。そこで、われわれが発見した新規T細胞共刺激系CD26-カベオリン経路の詳細な解明を行い、日和見感染症などをもたらす免疫不全状態を避けつつ同種メモリー応答依存性T細胞の異常活性化状態をコントロールしうる新規抗原特異的免疫寛容誘導療法につながる知見を得ることができた。
