Research Abstract

表皮特異的にangiopoietin-related factor (AGF)をケラチン14 プロモーター下流に発現するトランスジェニックマウスを用いて慢性の皮膚の炎症性疾患である乾癬の病態形成へのAGF の関与について研究を行った。AGF は表皮細胞の過増殖を引き起こすことおよび真皮上層の毛細血管の増生をもらすことなどより乾癬の病態形成への関与が示唆された。
