| Research Abstract |
皮膚の慢性炎症性疾患として、アトピー性皮膚炎、乾癬がよく知られており、どちらの疾患の病変部位にもIL-17 を産生するリンパ球が存在している。炎症の誘導には、表皮角化細胞より産生されるケモカインが重要な役割を果たしているが、疾患によりその発現パターンは異なっている。ケモカインの産生は炎症性サイトカインで誘導されるが、IL-17 の存在が、その産生を制御していることを明らかにした。
