| Research Abstract |
前年度までの本研究により、メラノサイト前駆細胞株(NCCmelb4M5)からMitfのみならずTyrp1をノックダウンするとFasの劇的な増加が起こり、細胞死に至った。メラニンの生合成に働く酵素であるTyrp1がメラノサイト前駆細胞の生存に関与する事は新しい知見であるが、本年度の研究では、既知のTyrp1ではなくintron 2の配列を含む新規アイソフォームがその役割をになっている可能性を見い出した。現在RACE法により全配列の決定を試みている。
