| Research Abstract |
薬力学的・薬物動態学的情報を包括的・多変量的に解析する手法で、抗うつ薬の効果及び副作用の予測マーカーの確立を目指している。本研究期間では、うつ病の寛解とfluvoxamine血中濃度およびその血中濃度とCYP2D6遺伝子型との関係を明らかにした。これにより新規抗うつ薬の薬物血中濃度モニタリング(TDM)が確立される可能性が高まった。TDMによりプラセボ反応群を除外した精度の高い薬力学的研究も可能となる。
