| Research Abstract |
3T-MRI装置におけるMRSの意義としてMRSのコリンピークの検出率は、まだ向上させる必要のある段階で、病変のサイズ・位置がピークの検出に有意に影響を与える。さらに、MRSは腫瘍の治療効果を反映するが、腫瘍残存の有無の判断すなわち病変進展範囲の評価に使用するのは困難であり、現時点では、ダイナミックMRIと拡散強調像を組み合わせて判断するのが妥当と考えられた。
