| Research Abstract |
癌の診断、治療を目的とした放射性薬剤の開発を目的として、シグマレセプターをターゲットとした新規薬剤の開発を試みた。放射性ヨウ素標識ベサミコール誘導体([^(125)I]pIV)を作製し、担癌マウスを用いて[^(125)I]pIVの体内放射能分布を評価した結果、腫瘍へ高い放射能集積を示した。次に、治療用核種である^(131)Iを用い[^(131)I]pIVを作製し、治療実験を行った結果、[^(131)I]pIV投与群は、非投与群に比べ、腫瘍の増殖を抑制する傾向が観察され、本薬剤が有効である可能性が示された。
