| Research Abstract |
対向型ポジトロンイメージング装置と陽電子放出核種標識放射性トレーサを用いて、医薬品の体内動態を解析する手法を確立することを目的として、認知症治療薬である医薬品(<11>^C-donepezil)の標識合成技術の開発およびマイクロドージング(100μg以下)における静脈投与時の動態解析を行う。
