Research Abstract |
VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase (VEGFR-TK) plays an important role in tumor growth and metastasis. For the imaging of VEGFR-TK in tumor tissue, we synthesized five anthranilic acid derivatives. Among of them, [^<125>I]p-NPAM gave clear image of tumor. Thus, [^<125>I]p-NPAM showed good characteristics for tumor imaging as a VEGFR-TK ligand.
