| Research Abstract |
TRPVチャネルファミリーは、さまざまな癌細胞株に発現している。そのなかでTRPV2は、増殖因子刺激・GPCR刺激で細胞表面にトランス1コケーションし、細胞内の持続的カルシウム上昇を起こす。このチャンネルは、細胞の接着斑にあり、癌細胞の細胞運動・浸潤を制御していると考えられる。そこで、さらにTRPV2チャネルの癌細胞における制御機構を解析することにより、癌の新規の応用治療の可能性が示唆される。
