| Research Abstract |
切除不能進行・再発胃癌を対象に、融合細胞ワクチンと化学療法(TS-1)の併用療法による第I/II相臨床試験を行った。全例にgrade 3以上の有害事象を認めなかった。臨床効果は、融合細胞ワクチンとTS-1併用群でPR3例・SD5例・PD2例、TS-1単独群でPR3例、SD3例、PD4例であった。併用群のPR・SD症例で、CTLの誘導を認めた。融合細胞とTS-1の併用療法は安全に施行でき、腫瘍特異免疫も誘導可能であることから、その有用性が示唆された。
