| Research Abstract |
消化器癌における癌幹細胞のマーカーを明らかにするとともに、その生物学的特徴を明らかにすることを第一目標として研究を行った。細胞周期を指標とした方法により癌幹細胞成分を抽出した。また、網羅的遺伝子発現解析により、癌幹細胞に特徴的な遺伝子候補を同定した。それらの遺伝子が癌幹細胞に対する新規免疫治療の実施に有用な分子である可能性が示唆された。
