| Research Abstract |
乳癌では形態形成シグナル系であるHedgehog(Hh)シグナルが再活性化し、治療標的となることを報告したが、本研究において、Estrogen receptorα(ERα)経路活性化によるShh(Hedgehogシグナルのリガンド)の発現誘導が、リガンド依存性のHhシグナル活性化をもたらす機序を初めて報告した。両シグナルの連関は、乳癌組織においても稼動している可能性が示され、両シグナル系の連関を視野に入れた治療法開発の可能性を示した。
