| Research Abstract |
胃癌所属リンパ節内での癌微少転移と樹状細胞活性化を指標とする腫瘍免疫の関係につき検討した。その結果胃癌所属リンパ節においては微小転移が成立する前段階で、樹状細胞の成熟による免疫応答が認められ、この反応は所属リンパ節内で広範囲に認められた。しかし顕微鏡的に癌細胞集塊が確認できる転移状態では樹状細胞の活性化は低下しており免疫応答反応は終息している事が明らかとなった。
