Research Abstract

IPMNパラフィン包埋組織(FFPE)サンプルを用いて、その発生から浸潤・転移の各段階における腫瘍細胞を対象とし、独自に開発したmRNA定量解析法により候補遺伝子群の詳細な発現解析を行った。その結果腸型IPMNとその他のtypeのIPMNに特徴的な遺伝子を同定し、FFPEサンプルからのmRNA発現解析にも成功した。FFPEサンプルによるmRNAの発現が予後判定に有用であることを報告した。
