Research Abstract

高分化型肺腺癌の^(11)C-アセテート- position emission tomography^(11)C-アセテート・PET)と^(18)F-Fluorodeoxyglucose position emission tomography(^(18)F-FDG-PET)の腫瘍組織への取り込みの比較検討では11C-アセテート-PETが^(18)F-FDG-PETよりも優位に検出感度が高かった。中分化型~低分化型の肺腺癌では両者の検出感度に優位差はなかった。非浸潤性肺腺癌(肺胞上皮癌)と浸潤性高分化型腺癌の画像診断の鑑別に^(11)C-アセテート-PETの有用性が示唆された。
