Research Abstract

当該研究は統合失調症脆弱性遺伝子Dysbindinの神経細胞における機能解析を施行。Yeast Two-hybrid Systemによるスクリーニングで、結合タンパク質として膜タンパク質の輸送・sortingに関与するSNX5を同定した。細胞性免疫染色法により、DysbindinとSNX5は細胞質で共局在し、in situ hybridization法を用いた解析では、両者とも脳の広範囲で発現を認めた。Endocytosis解析で、両者の相互作用が受容体の取込み・分解に関与することが示唆された。
