Research Abstract	IL-10-siRNAとdouble-stranded RNAを、樹状細胞とグリオーマ細胞との融合細胞に導入した場合、MHC, CD80およびCD86を高発現するIL-10低分泌・IL-12高分泌型融合細胞が得られた。この融合細胞でCD4+T細胞を刺激したところ、コントロールに比べて著明な抗腫瘍免疫反応の誘導が確認された。従って、本研究で開発した方法により、免疫賦活型ワクチンが確実に誘導できると考えられた。
