| Research Abstract |
脊髄損傷の臨床応用を考え、cAMPの濃度を保つことによるフォスフォジエステラーゼ阻害薬のシロスタゾール投与による治療法を考えた。ラット脊髄損傷急性期、慢性期、予防的投与の3実験を行ったが、いずれも有意差が得られなかった。これは薬剤単独では脊髄損傷の治癒は困難であることを示唆した。
