| Research Abstract |
BMP単独では骨吸収作用が勝り、骨形成が間に合わない。臨床例においてもBMP使用の失敗例が報告されている。一方BMPとZAを組み合わせると、BMPの骨吸収作用とZAの骨吸収抑制作用がうまく打ち消しあい、かつBMPの骨新生形成作用が働いて、理想的な結果が得られた.
