Research Abstract

敗血症病態における頻脈性不整脈の発生機序について, 電気生理学的, および分子薬理学的解析を行った。その結果, 心房筋におけるL型カルシウムチャネルの発現抑制に伴う活動電位持続時間の短縮が起きており, 不応期が相対的に前倒しになることにより, 頻脈性が発生しやすい環境を形成することがわかった。
