| Research Abstract |
疼痛関連物質候補の一つとしてリポカリン型プロスタグランディン合成酵素 (L-PGDS)を見いだした。関節炎(RA)の脊髄液に存在するL-PGDS産生物質 PGD2と、その非酵素的代謝物(15d-PGJ2)を定量化したところ、コントロールと比較して両物質の産生レベルが減少していた。この要因として、免疫沈降実験により、L-PGDSと他の蛋白質成分との会合が認められた。RAの L-PGDSは、何らかの要因で蛋白質の変性を生じ酵素活性の低下を招いていると考えられた。
