Research Abstract

進行性腎癌に対するIFN-α+樹状細胞併用療法の検討;難治性腎細胞癌患者に対して、不活化した腫瘍をパルスした樹状細胞とIFN-α投与による併用療法を施行し、その安全性と有効性を検討した。
腎癌に対するIFN-α療法が抑制性T細胞に与える影響についての検討;本研究では、IFN-αの導入が必要となった転移性腎癌患者における、免疫療法が末梢血細胞に与える影響を調査し、治療効果と末梢血細胞の変化について検討した。
