Research Abstract

これまで、子宮頸癌発癌には、HPV感染およびHLA classIIの違いが重要な役割を果たしていることが報告されてきた。
本研究では、エピジェネティクな変化という観点から、子宮頸部病変の進展のリスクを予測すること、さらにはこのエピジェネティクな変化を消失させることにより治療への応用を模索することを目的としている。
